Summary

Idaho is a national mortgage licensing system state.  Effective 1/1/08 - Originator Licensing Required.  8 hours annual CE every 2 years (16 hors total). Most Originators will begin to renew licenses until 2010, however the ability to register in Idaho through the NMLS will allow multistate licensing. 

Idaho's education requirements are for "interactive" online training which means that many providers are still in the process of developing courses.
