Originator Licenses Expire Bi-Annually on a revolving basis
Lender Licenses Expire Bi-Annually on a calendar year
Summary
No loan officer license required for lenders. 10 year industry veterans
need 6 CE hours bi-annually. All others need 20 CE hours every 2 years.
Net Branch and Broker Loan Officers must be licensed. Those not in
business as of 1/1/04 need 40 Pre-licensing LIVE CE hours, background
check.
